October 2018 Windows Update - BSOD "WDF_VIOLATION" Resolution

Boot into Recovery mode and then choose Command Prompt. Type the below commands
D:
CD Windows\System32\Drivers
Rename hpqkbfiltr.sys hpqkbfiltr.old
